Berbere Chicken • Pilot

Quick thoughts on my Berbere Chicken Box Bite?

You found a test batch of my ready-to-heat Berbere Chicken. I’m dialing in flavor/texture for a small-batch food project. If you can spare ~60 seconds to give feedback, you’ll help me make this actually great.

Ingredients: Water, jasmine rice, chicken breast, onion, kale, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, berbere spice blend (chile, paprika, fenugreek, cardamom, coriander, cumin, clove), carrot, chickpeas, lemon, olive oil, salt

Allergens: None added beyond spices; prepared in a home kitchen

This is an Ethiopian-inspired recipe I'm experimenting with. I'm curious what Americans think of it!
Heating Instructions: From frozen: 4–5 minutes. From refrigerated: 2½–3 minutes. Microwave times vary—heat until the bottom of box feels hot to the touch.
